- What do my customers need to do?
- Open your link. ChatGPT asks them to connect Shortlist once, then your store opens right in the chat.
- Do you need access to my store admin?
- Not for the demo. We build it from your public store, so your URL is all we need.
- When do I pay?
- Only after you have tried your demo and want to keep it live. Payment is a one-time yearly charge through Razorpay.
- What if it does not work for us?
- If your flow is not live within 14 days of payment, you get a full refund.
- Will this replace my ads?
- No, not on day one. It is an early, low-cost channel. The brands that set it up now are the ones shoppers will find first as AI shopping grows.
- Will the price go up?
- Yes. ₹3,999 a year is for the first 25 brands only. Founding brands keep it as long as they renew.
