About Shortlist

Shortlist helps shoppers discover independent brands from India. You search in your own words, save the pieces you like to a shortlist, and share it with the people you shop with.

Who runs Shortlist

Shortlist is made by In5 Labs, which builds AI shopping tools for independent brands. In5 Labs also makes Searchin5, the search that brands put on their own stores (search.in5.app).

In ChatGPT, Shortlist appears as "Shortlist by Shopin5". It is the same service, run by In5 Labs.

What you can use today

Dorabi and Aamili are live on Shortlist. You can search each brand's catalogue on myshortlist.in, and in ChatGPT as an early version until the full launch on 14 November 2026. Shortlist in Claude and search across many brands at once are coming soon.

How brands appear

Every brand on Shortlist today is a partner brand. Partners pay In5 Labs a fee for Shortlist and Searchin5 tools. Product details, prices and stock come from each brand's own store, and you buy from the brand directly. Shortlist does not take payments.
